JVL Noticeboard

Located at the one of Palmerston North's busiest intersections is the JVL Prestige Community Noticeboard. This large, 4-line electronic LED display is the only one of its kind in provincial New Zealand, having been manufactured and imported from South Africa. Controlled by either a desktop computer or via its own remote control unit, the LED sign is fully programmable and capable of displaying messages as far as one year in advance....
