Property Update for the week ending Sunday 14 December

At the time of writing, we have exactly two weeks until the big guy in the red suit delights children (not to mention some adults) the world over.

At this time of year, and given the pressures that the silly season can sometimes bring, it can be important to try and keep things in perspective.

Certainly the added financial pressure that Christmas and the holiday season would normally bring, may not be helped given the economic climate we have all experienced this year. And hopefully the continued drop in petrol prices together with recent interest rate cuts will be of some benefit in this regard.
