Welcome to the JVL Weekly Property Update for the week ending Sunday 16 November.

With the election now over one could be forgiven for thinking there’d be a respite from the political media reports - but alas no, that would be a foolish thought indeed! Instead, there are the ‘post-election’ coalition talks, proposals and counter-proposals to endure, as we move through this period of change from one governing party to another.

And whether or not you personally feel the change is for good, bad or otherwise, it is always interesting to note how people react to change generally. For some, change can be exciting - for others, even small changes can be down-right nerve-racking. And real estate is one area of our lives that is widely considered to involve a significant amount of change.
