Property Update for the week ending Sunday 2 November

That’s right, November! It’s almost hard to believe that Christmas will soon be upon us, and with it there will be the usual bombardment of consumer advertising to help us all spend our hard earned dollars. Speaking of bombardment, also at this time of year is of course both Halloween on Friday, and Guy Fawke’s night next Wednesday.

For some, these events can be problematic or of a nuisance value. However, for a vast number, and in particular younger folk, these events are a great time of joy and excitement.

Locally, the upcoming Fireworks Spectacular at Manfeild is one of the bigger events of any description annually here in the Manawatu, attracting thousands of people of all ages to witness what is always a well organised and well controlled display. There will also be the annual fireworks display on at the Palmerston North International Speedway this weekend.
