JVL Market Report.
It is interesting as to how and why recent media reports of a resurgent housing market haven’t quite carried through to the likes of the Manawatu. Though this is not to say that our region is in the doldrums – it’s not. However, recent figures out by the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand just don’t have us setting the benchmarks that are being reported.
